Understanding the CalSolvr Terms

These Terms of Use explain the rules and conditions that apply when you access CalSolvr, use its online calculator tools, or interact with content and services provided through the website.

Please read these terms carefully. Your use of the website is subject to these terms and applicable laws. Certain services may also be subject to additional terms when expressly presented.

Section 01Introduction

CalSolvr operates the website available at https://calsolvr.com/. The website provides online calculation tools and related informational and educational content.

These Terms of Use describe the conditions that apply to access to and use of the website, its publicly available calculators, and any additional service expressly made subject to these Terms. References to “CalSolvr,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the website operator without representing an unverified legal entity, registration, or business address.

Section 02Acceptance of Terms

Please review these Terms before using CalSolvr. By choosing to access or use the website, you are expected to comply with these Terms and all laws applicable to your use. A particular service may have supplemental terms if those terms are clearly presented before you use or purchase it.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the affected services. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights or protections that applicable law gives you and that cannot lawfully be waived.

Section 03Eligibility and Access

You may use CalSolvr if you are legally permitted to access online services and can use the website in compliance with the laws that apply to you. CalSolvr does not impose an unverified minimum age through these Terms.

You are responsible for determining whether your access or intended use is lawful in your location. Public calculator tools do not require an account unless a specific feature expressly states otherwise.

Section 04Description of Services

CalSolvr currently provides calculator tools on its website without requiring a paid subscription. Visitors may use those tools to perform relevant numerical calculations and may access related public information.

Additional features, premium plans, or tailored solutions may be introduced in the future. A reference to a proposed service does not mean that it has launched or is available for purchase. Unless expressly confirmed on the website, CalSolvr does not represent that it provides AI mathematical solving, automated reports, user dashboards, cloud storage, saved calculation histories, exports, APIs, or enterprise integrations.

Section 05Permitted Use

You may use CalSolvr for lawful purposes consistent with the intended operation of the website. Permitted activities generally include:

  • Performing legitimate calculations with publicly available tools.
  • Accessing educational and informational content.
  • Reviewing results for appropriate personal or professional purposes.
  • Sharing links to publicly available CalSolvr resources.
  • Contacting CalSolvr for legitimate support or service inquiries.

Your use must comply with applicable laws and reasonable technical or operational restrictions used to protect the website and its visitors.

Section 06Prohibited Activities

You must not use CalSolvr to engage in unlawful conduct or materially harm the website, its systems, or other users. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Attempting to obtain unauthorized access to systems, restricted areas, or data.
  • Bypassing, disabling, or interfering with security or access controls.
  • Introducing malware, malicious code, or harmful instructions.
  • Deliberately disrupting website operation or availability.
  • Exploiting software vulnerabilities or using discovered vulnerabilities to cause harm.
  • Sending automated requests at a rate or in a manner that materially disrupts the service.
  • Misrepresenting an affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with CalSolvr.
  • Infringing intellectual-property rights or using the website for illegal activity.

This provision does not prohibit ordinary search-engine indexing, accessibility technology, or other automated access that is authorized and does not materially disrupt the service.

Section 07Calculator Accuracy and Limitations

Verify important results

CalSolvr aims to provide useful online calculation tools, but results may be affected by incorrect inputs, rounding, technical limitations, or other factors. Independently verify results before relying on them for important decisions.

Calculator outputs depend on the accuracy and completeness of user-provided values, the formulas applied, numerical precision, rounding methods, selected units, computational constraints, and the user’s interpretation of the result.

Before relying on an output, review your entries, confirm the units and assumptions, and determine whether the tool is appropriate for the intended purpose. CalSolvr does not guarantee perfect accuracy, error-free calculation, suitability for every professional application, or compatibility with every numerical circumstance. Its tools are not represented as certified professional instruments.

Section 08Educational and Informational Use

Professional advice limitation

Calculator outputs and website content are generally provided for informational and educational purposes and are not a substitute for qualified professional advice.

Do not rely exclusively on CalSolvr for financial, medical, legal, engineering, safety-critical, or other decisions requiring regulated expertise or professional judgment. Obtain advice from a suitably qualified professional and use appropriately verified methods when the consequences of an error may be significant.

Section 09User Responsibilities

You are responsible for entering appropriate values, reviewing input fields and units, checking outputs, understanding relevant assumptions, and using results responsibly. You must comply with applicable laws and avoid unauthorized or harmful activity.

If accounts are introduced for a future service, users of that service may also be required to protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. This conditional requirement does not mean that an account system currently exists.

Section 10Intellectual Property

Subject to third-party rights, applicable licenses, and the law, the CalSolvr brand, original website design, original written content, original graphics, and original software may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use public material for its intended personal or internal purpose and may share links to public pages. You may not falsely claim ownership of, unlawfully reproduce, remove rights notices from, or commercially redistribute protected CalSolvr material without permission or another lawful basis.

Open-source software, licensed icons, fonts, third-party content, and public-domain material remain governed by their applicable licenses and owners’ rights. CalSolvr does not claim ownership of those materials merely because they appear on the website.

Section 11Free, Pro, and Custom Services

Current service status

The existing homepage calculator tools are available as free services. Pro is a proposed offering and must not be treated as currently available unless CalSolvr officially launches it.

Free

The Free plan provides access to existing homepage calculator tools without a paid subscription, subject to these Terms and reasonable operational limits.

Pro

A Pro plan may be introduced as a premium offering with additional calculation or productivity capabilities. No proposed capability, subscription entitlement, or account feature is available unless it is expressly launched and accurately described by CalSolvr.

Custom

Custom services provide an opportunity to discuss tailored calculation requirements. Any functionality, scope, price, timetable, acceptance criteria, and delivery condition must be agreed separately. An inquiry does not create a commitment to provide custom development.

Section 12Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

CalSolvr’s existing free calculator tools do not require a paid subscription. Paid subscription and billing infrastructure has not been verified, and these Terms do not represent that a monthly or annual Pro subscription, free trial, automatic renewal, or standard refund program is currently available.

If paid services are offered, the applicable price, taxes, billing frequency, renewal conditions, cancellation method, refund eligibility, payment processing arrangements, price-change rules, and mandatory consumer rights should be disclosed at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement.

Custom work may be governed by a separate written agreement. No payment, refund, cancellation, or delivery term applies unless it has been accurately disclosed and agreed for the relevant service.

Section 13Third-Party Services and Links

CalSolvr may include links to external websites or use third-party libraries, services, or integrations. External providers may operate under their own terms, privacy policies, licenses, and technical practices.

Independent third parties are responsible for their own content and services, subject to applicable law. A link or technical integration does not necessarily constitute an endorsement. Review the relevant third party’s terms before relying on its services.

Section 14Privacy and Data Handling

Information collected or processed through CalSolvr is addressed in our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review that policy to understand the applicable information-handling practices.

These Terms do not claim that calculation data is never stored or transmitted. Actual data handling depends on the implementation of the relevant calculator, website infrastructure, and any service you choose to use.

Section 15Service Availability and Changes

CalSolvr may modify, update, maintain, suspend, or discontinue website features where legally permissible. Availability can be affected by maintenance, technical problems, software updates, security work, third-party dependencies, or operational changes.

Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not promised. Advance notice may be provided when appropriate or legally required, but CalSolvr cannot promise advance notice of every technical or operational change. Any change remains subject to applicable consumer law and existing contractual obligations.

Section 16Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CalSolvr does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or continuously compatible with every device, browser, or configuration. CalSolvr also does not guarantee perfect calculation accuracy or suitability for every purpose.

The website and public tools are provided based on their available functionality. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, guarantee, remedy, or statutory right that applicable law does not permit CalSolvr to exclude.

Section 17Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CalSolvr will not be responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate or incomplete user inputs, unreasonable reliance on unverified results, misinterpretation of outputs, unauthorized use, or temporary technical interruption. Liability for indirect or consequential loss is limited only where such a limitation is lawful and appropriate.

Rights preserved

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or another matter where exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

No monetary liability cap is established by these Terms. Any applicable responsibility will be determined under relevant law and the facts of the matter.

Section 18Indemnification

Where legally appropriate, a person who deliberately uses CalSolvr for unlawful activity or materially violates another party’s rights may be responsible for losses directly caused by that conduct. Any such responsibility will be assessed under applicable law.

This section does not impose a broad indemnity on consumers, override mandatory protections, or require a user to compensate CalSolvr for matters outside that user’s reasonable control.

Section 19Suspension and Termination

CalSolvr may reasonably restrict access to all or part of the website when necessary to address security threats, unauthorized activity, abuse, legal requirements, or material violations of applicable service terms.

This is an access-restriction provision and does not claim that user accounts or account-termination functionality currently exist. If account-based services are introduced, any applicable suspension or termination rules should be disclosed with those services and applied consistently with legal requirements.

Section 20Governing Law and Disputes

No invented jurisdiction

The operator’s legal jurisdiction has not been verified, so these Terms do not designate a country, state, province, court, arbitration forum, or class-action waiver.

Questions and disputes should first be raised through the contact details below where practical. Applicable law, competent courts, and any mandatory consumer protections will be determined by the relevant facts and legal rules. Nothing here deprives a consumer of protections or forums that cannot lawfully be waived.

Section 21Severability and Entire Agreement

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it may be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions continue where legally appropriate.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms expressly applicable to a service, describe the relevant website-use conditions. A separate paid-service or custom-services agreement may govern additional services. Nothing in this section overrides mandatory consumer rights.

Section 22Changes to These Terms

CalSolvr may update these Terms to reflect changes in calculator functionality, new services, commercial arrangements, legal requirements, security needs, or operational improvements. The published Last Updated date identifies the relevant revision.

Where required by law or an applicable agreement, reasonable notice of material changes will be provided. Continued use will have only the effect permitted under applicable law and will not automatically establish valid consent to a contractual change where additional notice or agreement is legally required.
